This centrally located accommodation has been tastefully decorated and completely renovated!
Located 150 metres from Platja de L'Arenal beach, the apartment has partial sea views, with south-facing balcony.

The apartment (1st floor) has an elevator and private parking, is equipped with air conditioning, free WIFI, has 2 bedrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and coffee maker, bathroom with shower and hairdryer and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Environment
The fine sandy beach and the cozy and centrally located boulevard are only a 3-minute walk away. Amenities such as supermarket, shops, restaurants and ATM are also nearby. Padellen (Paris 24) 9 courts, 75 meters away. In the area it is a mecca for cycling. The golf resort "Club de Golf Javea" is 7km away. 

Nearest airports are Valencia and Alicante, both approx. 110 km away from Javea.

Hi, how nice that you are curious about apartment Amar!

We are Duncan & Veronica and since December 2023 the owners of this lovely apartment in Javea (or as the Spaniards say: Xabia). The location of the apartment is about 100 m from the beach and the lively boulevard with many cozy restaurants. Javea has it all: the old town, marina, beautiful bays, nature, many walking, cycling, padel and golf opportunities. Javea is beautiful! See you again!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
