The apartment is on the first floor of a block of 9 complexes which are all built in a Mediterranean style. It is a modern complex with all modern conveniences. The complex has a separate gym, sauna, jacuzzi (for a fee), relaxation room and a large swimming pool with playground for children. You also have access to a parking space in the covered garage which is located under the complex. The apartment also has a separate storage room in the garage. 

The apartment is a spacious apartment of 70 m2. It is located on the south side of the complex. From noon you can enjoy the sun on the large balcony of 25 m2. The interior is modern and sleek. The apartment has 2 bedrooms; a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom fully equipped with towels. Both bathrooms also have a toilet.

The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room, making it feel incredibly open and spacious. The kitchen has almost everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or quick bite. In addition, the apartment has various kitchen appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, air conditioning, freezer, kettle, boiler, coffee maker, pans and crockery. The apartment also has an iron, ironing board, washing machine and linen, 

The apartment is located in Orihuela Costa. From the apartment you can reach Torrevieja in 15 minutes, Cartagena in 30 minutes and Alicante in 45 minutes. Valencia is also easy to drive from your apartment. Within walking distance are several restaurants with different cuisines and supermarkets.
