This lovely, recently renovated apartment is located 150 meters from the sandy Arenal beach. The pleasant boulevard of Javea on the Costa Blanca is at the same distance. The quietly located apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is no elevator).
Everything renewed in 2021 and stylishly furnished.
The bright living/dining room is fully equipped. An air conditioning is also available. From the living room you can go through a sliding door to the south-facing balcony.

The kitchen has a spacious fridge/freezer combination, an induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine.
There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom with a 2 pers. bed has of 180x200 cm. The other bedroom has 2 beds of 90x200 cm.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes.

The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a toilet.
There is also a cupboard where the iron, vacuum cleaner, candles, clothespins and other extra items are located. There is a drying rack on the balcony.
When you come off the beach, you can rinse off the sand in the showers before entering the apartment downstairs next to the entrance.

Outside at the apartment within the gate, the car can be parked in the parking lot.
The complex is located next to a cozy tennis/padel club. There is also a beautiful swimming pool, which you can use for free when purchasing drinks.
Amenities such as a supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and ATMs are all within walking distance.

There are also 2 golf courses in Javea and you can rent bicycles and boats. Beautiful walks can also be made.
In the mountains about 20 minutes drive you come to the Jalon area. There are very nice wineries to visit here. The nature is also beautiful here.
It is also nice to visit different places in the region. Javea itself also has beautiful routes to drive to beautiful bays.

The prices include use of the Wifi, towels, kitchen towels and bed linen.
