The well-maintained, detached, non-smoking house has a private swimming pool, solarium, parking on site and a beautifully landscaped garden with various sun terraces and sprinkler system.

Ground floor:

Entrance with large storage cupboard, separate guest toilet and space for washing machine and dryer.
Through an open passage you walk to the fully equipped kitchen with natural stone counter top and all built-in appliances, including a ceramic hob with extractor hood, fridge with spacious freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
The living room has sliding doors to the sun terrace with a view over the private pool and equipped with a beautiful awning.
On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has large sliding doors to the morning terrace and a closet and through a small hall you reach the adjacent, spacious bathroom with washbasin, second toilet and shower. Bedroom 2 also has sliding doors to the morning terrace, a closet and direct access to the adjoining second bathroom with sink, third toilet and shower.

First floor:

A beautiful marble-tiled staircase leads to the first floor with a spacious solarium and a third bedroom with sink. There is also a large lockable storage room on the first floor.

Details:

The entire house has aluminum frames with double glazing and shutters.
All rooms have at least 1 window that can be opened and/or sliding doors. The living room and the three bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioning / heating system.
The beautifully landscaped garden is equipped with an automatic storage room and swimming pool of 8 * 4 meters with lighting.
The swimming pool is in the sun almost all day, the terraces around the house are situated in such a way that you can enjoy either the sun or the shade all day long. Plot area 493 m², living area approximately 100 m².
This detached house is located in a beautifully designed residential area that consists of about 400 detached houses with spacious gardens. The quiet, small urbanization is completely surrounded by vineyards and the hills of the Sierra de Crevillente (835 m high). In the middle of the urbanization is a beautiful restored finca. This old wine farm has an attractive restaurant with Spanish and international dishes. Surroundings: Hondón de las Nieves is a beautiful mountain village in the Crevillente mountains, about 25 km from Alicante. It is the ideal place for guests who are looking for the combination of the quiet hinterland and the busy coastal area. In the town of Hondón de las Nieves itself, it seems as if time has stood still, yet holidaymakers will lack nothing. A walk through the village gives the real Spanish feeling, there are many old buildings including the town hall (Ayuntamiento) and the parish of the Catholic church (La Iglesia Parroquial).
In Hondón you will find several shops, restaurants, small supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, hairdressers and 3 bodegas. In these bodegas you can taste wine from the barrel and buy it for unprecedented low prices. 

Twice a week there is a nice market.
Just half an hour's drive away you can reach the coast with its beautiful beaches, the famous seaside resort of Torrevieja or Elche which is famous for its beautiful palm park. This palm park (Palmeral de Elche) is the largest in Europe and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Around Hondón de las Nieves there are beautiful vineyards, almond trees, olive trees, and a very variety of flora and fauna. Various walking routes have been set out in this beautiful area.
The area is also ideal for a mountain bike tour or a Jeep safari.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The property is also available for rent for people who want to spend the winter in Spain. Inquire about the monthly rent if you wish to rent the house for a different period.

It is possible to arrive and depart on any day. This allows you to pick out the most economical flights. It is wise to call us prior to booking your flights so that we can reserve your stay.

Explanation by the landlord
:

The prices include the use of linen, bed linen and household textiles. Costs of final cleaning must be paid in cash to the key manager on arrival.

Booking conditions:

* After making a reservation request, you always owe a reservation fee of €10.

Payment Terms:

* Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation on your reservation request, you must pay 25% of the total rent. Only after we have received your deposit, your reservation is final.

* You will owe the remainder no later than 30 days before arrival.


Cancellation:

* In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date, the cancellation fee is 35%.

* If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival date 90%

* After that 100%

Electricity and water:

The costs of electricity and water will be calculated at the end of the stay based on the consumption and the amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Barbecue
We have purchased a gas barbecue that you can use as a guest. You must indicate to us in advance whether you want to use this barbecue. The deposit for this is € 50,-. You must pay this to the key manager on site. The used BBQ must be left clean, including the bottom plate that collects the grease and dirt. If this is in order, this deposit will be refunded to you.
