The well-maintained, detached house has a private swimming pool, solarium, on-site parking and a beautifully landscaped garden with various sun terraces and irrigation system.

Ground floor :

Entrance with large storage cupboard, separate guest toilet and space for washing machine and dryer.
Through an open passage you walk to the fully equipped kitchen with natural stone worktops and all built-in appliances, including a ceramic hob with extractor hood, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, combination microwave and dishwasher.
The living room has sliding doors to the sun terrace with a view over the private swimming pool and a beautiful awning.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has large sliding doors to the morning terrace, a wardrobe with built-in safe and through a small hall you reach the adjacent, spacious bathroom with washbasin, second toilet and shower. Bedroom 2 also has sliding doors to the morning terrace, a built-in wardrobe and direct access to the adjacent second bathroom with sink, third toilet and shower.

First floor:

A beautiful marble-tiled staircase takes you to the first floor with a spacious solarium and a third bedroom with a washbasin. There is also a spacious lockable storage room on the first floor.

Particularities:

The entire house is equipped with an alarm system and aluminum window frames with double glazing, insect screens and roller shutters.
All rooms have at least 1 openable window and/or sliding doors. The living room and the two bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with an air conditioning/heating system.
The beautifully landscaped garden has an automatic storage facility and a swimming pool of 8 * 4 meters with lighting.
The swimming pool is in the sun almost all day, the terraces around the house are situated in such a way that you can enjoy either the sun or the shade all day long. Plot area 493 m², living area approximately 100 m².
This detached house is located in a beautifully designed residential area that consists of approximately 400 detached houses with spacious gardens. The quiet, small urbanization is completely surrounded by vineyards and the hills of the Sierra de Crevillente (835 m high). In the middle of the urbanization is a beautiful restored finca. This old wine farm houses an attractive restaurant with Spanish and international dishes. Surroundings: Hondón de las Nieves is a beautiful mountain village in the Crevillente mountains, approximately 25 km from Alicante. It is the ideal place for guests who are looking for the combination of the quiet hinterland and the busy coastal area. In the town of Hondón de las Nieves itself, it seems as if time has stood still, yet holidaymakers will lack nothing. A walk through the village gives you a real Spanish feeling, there are many old buildings including the town hall (Ayuntamiento) and the parish of the Catholic church (La Iglesia Parroquial).
In Hondón you will find various shops, restaurants, small supermarkets, bakers, butchers, hairdressers and 3 bodegas. In these bodegas you can taste and buy wine from the barrel for unprecedentedly low prices.

There is a nice market twice a week.
Just a half-hour drive away you can reach the coast with its beautiful beaches, the famous seaside resort of Torrevieja or Elche, which is famous for its beautiful palm park. This palm park (Palmeral de Elche) is the largest in Europe and is on the UNESCO world heritage list. Around Hondón de las Nieves there are beautiful vineyards, almond trees, olive trees, and a great variety of flora and fauna. Various hiking trails have been set out in this beautiful area.
The area is also ideal for a mountain bike tour or a Jeep safari.

Explanation of prices

The house can also be rented for people who want to spend the winter in Spain. Please inquire about the monthly rent if you wish to rent the property for a longer period.

With us it is possible to arrive and depart on any desired day. This allows you to select the most affordable flights. Before booking your flights, it is wise to call us so that we can reserve your stay.

Explanation by the landlord
:

The prices include use of linen, bedding and household textiles. Final cleaning costs must be paid in cash to the key manager upon arrival.

Booking conditions :

* After making a reservation request, you always owe €10 reservation costs.

Terms of payment :

* You must pay 25% of the total rental amount within 7 days of receiving our confirmation of your reservation request. Only after we have received your deposit will your reservation be final.

* You owe the remainder no later than 30 days before arrival.


Cancellation costs:

* If you cancel up to 30 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 35%.

* If canceled up to 7 days before arrival date 90%

* Then 100%

Electricity and water:

The costs of electricity and water are calculated at the end of the stay based on consumption and the amount is deducted from the deposit.
