Casa Montana is a detached, 6-person villa located in the impressive Crevillente Mountains near Hondon de las Nieves. This recent house, built in 2009, has a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large veranda where it is certainly wonderful to stay in the spring and autumn. The beautifully landscaped terrace with lots of greenery and the large swimming pool complete the picture.
The whole has recently been expanded with a petanque court and a covered outdoor bar, nice and cozy!
The rental prices quoted do not include costs for water, electricity and pellet consumption. These will be deducted from the deposit on the basis of actual consumption.
