The villa is quietly located with landscaped garden with palm trees and 2 terraces in Albir. The Villa is less than a 5-minute walk from a Thai, Spanish and Greek restaurant and a 5-minute walk from the first large supermarket. The beach is a 15-minute walk away.
The covered shade terrace at the rear of our house by the pool is a lovely place to stay and eat in the summer. There is also a roof terrace.
The villa consists of a living room with a sitting area with a satellite LCD large TV with Dutch and international channels.
Beautiful large open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hobs. And a washing machine is also available, which is in another room.
The saltwater swimming pool (beautiful clean water) has Roman steps, ideal for those who have difficulty walking and for small children. The pool has a separate outdoor shower.
The dense waranda is wonderful for reading and looking outside. You can also park your car in the yard, there is plenty of space for that.
