Beautiful apartment located in the coastal town of Guardamar del Segura. Located along an 11 km long sandy beach, in the province of Alicante - Costa Blanca South. Alicante airport is just a 30 minute drive away.

The quietly located apartment on the fourth floor with elevator, swimming pool and sunbathing area has a beautiful view on one side (Vista) and of the dunes (Dunas) and the sea. On the other side you have a panoramic view of the river "Segura" and the mountains inland

The first bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm, a sitting area and a built-in wardrobe. Bathroom including toilet, sink and a walk-in rain shower with views of the river and the mountains inland
The second bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a sitting area and a built-in wardrobe, bathroom with toilet, sink, bath with shower and built-in jacuzzi with a view of the dunes and sea.

The beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided (not beach towels).
There is air conditioning (hot and cold), there is also WIFI and you can use a Chromecast to watch all channels via your own TV app.

The authentic, cozy Spanish town is a 15-minute walk from the apartment and a 10-minute walk from the harbor. There are plenty of eateries in the village and on the boulevard. Ask for the ''menu del dia'', then you can eat a three-course choice menu with a drink for 10-15 euros per person!

If you want to prepare something at home, you can buy it in the large Masymas supermarket, a 10-minute walk away. They even have several Dutch products from the G'woon brand there.

The beach is 800 meters away (15 minutes' walk through the pine forest with paved roads) or accessible via the village.
There are 2 free nature parks, one with many animals, such as ducks, geese and peacocks.

The climate on the Costa Blanca South is Mediterranean with more than 300 sunny days per year. Salt extraction coastal town and is therefore very suitable for people with rheumatism and skin problems. Centrally located, you can easily reach Alicante or Torrevieja and it is a 30-minute drive from Alicante airport. Shopping mall La Zenia with more than 150 shops is a 25-minute drive away.

You can book flights from Amsterdam Schiphol to Alicante with Transavia, Vueling and Easyjet. You can also use our airport service: you will be picked up from the airport and dropped off in front of the apartment. Costs: 40 euros. Return to the airport also costs 40 euros (pay in cash on site at the key holder).

Grocery package: basic package for the first day, easy if you have a late flight, for example, or don't want to go to the supermarket right away. Costs: 20 euros (pay in cash on site at the key holder), this does not include groceries.

Rent a car? I can arrange that via the keyholder. 2 types of cars, a small Chevrolet 25 euros per day, or a Toyota Auris 30 euros per day. All risk insured, km free
200 euros deposit.
Rent for the entire period? The car will then be ready at the apartment.
If the car is not rented for the entire stay, they will bring the car to you for 20 euros.
