Welcome to Casita Camima, a stylish and attractive bungalow located in the popular Benitachell, ideally situated between Moraira, Teulada and Jávea. Here you will experience a harmonious combination of tranquility, comfort and the refined outdoor life of the Costa Blanca.
The property is in a quiet, easily accessible location with all amenities within a short distance. Within a few minutes you can reach lively Moraira, where you will be welcomed by an elegant mix of attractive restaurants, cozy terraces, boutiques and the weekly market. The most beautiful beaches and hidden coves of the region are also within easy reach. Think of Playa El Portet, Cala de la Fustera and L'Andragó beach, where crystal-clear waters and Mediterranean nature come together for a relaxing coastal experience.
Casita Camima is modern and furnished with an eye for detail, with a light and serene atmosphere that immediately creates a feeling of coming home. The living room connects seamlessly to the generous terrace and offers panoramic views over the surrounding mountains and the glistening Mediterranean Sea. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an elegant breakfast bar, ideal for a relaxing start to the day.
The spacious south-east facing terrace forms an exclusive outdoor space where Mediterranean life comes into its own. You can start the day here with the first rays of sunshine and a leisurely breakfast, enjoy long, relaxing afternoons outdoors or end the day with a glass of wine as the sun slowly disappears behind the mountain peaks. The combination of views, silence and sea breeze creates a unique atmosphere of relaxation and luxury.
Casita Camima features two tastefully decorated bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower with both a hand and rain shower. Thanks to the integrated air conditioning (hot and cold), the indoor climate is pleasant and comfortable all year round.
As a guest you have access to the spacious communal swimming pool, ideal for a refreshing swim under the Mediterranean sun. In addition, the house has its own parking space for optimal convenience. Of course, high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are provided, so you can stay connected and enjoy high-level entertainment even during your stay.

Casita Camima is the perfect base for those who want to discover the Costa Blanca in a refined way. The region offers a balanced mix of nature, gastronomy, sports and relaxation.
Golf enthusiasts will find excellent golf courses in the vicinity, including the Moraira course and the Jávea golf club, both located in an impressive landscape with sea and mountain views.

For your daily necessities, several high-quality supermarkets and local specialty shops can be found in the immediate vicinity, including Mercadona, Aldi, Carrefour and Lidl.
Practical information & conditions
For a pleasant and carefree stay at Casita Camima, the following agreements apply:
- Minimum stay: 7 nights in the summer months and 5 nights outside this period
- Maximum 4 guests; stay is only allowed for the number of people specified at the time of booking
- Pets are not allowed
- The house is completely non-smoking; smoking is only allowed outside
- No rental to groups of young people
- Private parking and use of the communal pool are included
Payment
- When booking, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total rent.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
- For reservations within 30 days before arrival, we would like to receive the full rent upon reservation.
Cancellation
- More than 60 days before arrival: refund of amounts received (minus any fees)
- 30–60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rent remains due
- Within 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rent remains due
Guest registration
According to Spanish law, all guests must be registered. The main tenant is responsible for providing the necessary information.
