Hidden between fruit trees, you will find everything here for an unforgettable getaway. With 3 spacious bedrooms, a beautifully landscaped garden and a large swimming pool (16.5 x 3.5 m) with landing, it is wonderful to stay here.

Enjoy endless sunsets from the huge terrace with BBQ, relax on the 250 m² private beach, perfect for reading or unwinding, or sip a drink at the cozy outdoor bar. No immediate neighbors, just pure silence and serenity.

Just a 7-minute drive away is the bustling Guardamar del Segura, a charming village with a small marina. Sail to the idyllic island of Tabarca in 30 minutes, or explore the nearby beaches (8, 15 or 20 minutes' drive). Shops and entertainment are close by, and Alicante airport can be reached in 25 minutes.

This is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday or to spend the winter. Our home is completely off-grid, with solar panels, batteries and a backup generator for rare emergencies. Water, electricity, garden and pool maintenance are included – all you have to do is enjoy!

Rental info: In the summer we offer periods of 2 weeks and 1 promo period.
In winter there is 1 long rental period (1 October to 28 February) – perfect for winter visitors.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For our holiday accommodation we are looking for winter visitors for the period from October 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026. We prefer guests who want to stay for the entire period. For more information, please contact us via Micazu's messaging service. We look forward to hearing from you.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge.

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
