This completely new, luxurious penthouse is located in the coastal village of Guardamar del Segura with its 11-km-long white sandy beach, located in the province of Alicante – Costa Blanca South.
Both Alicante and Murcia airports are only a 30 minute drive away.
We can arrange airport transport and car rental for you through our Flemish Keyholder.
The penthouse has on one side a magnificent view of the sea and the natural park with its hiking trails, on the other side you have a panoramic view of the river "Segura" and the mountains inland.
Throughout the year you can enjoy the sun on the large roof terrace with garden furniture, from early in the morning until late in the evening.
The first bedroom has a double bed of 180 cm.
The second bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm + a single height sleeper.

The first bathroom has, in addition to sink and toilet, a bath with built-in jacuzzi and overlooks the sea and dunes.
