The space

The house is divided into 2 separate floors, which is ideal for 2 families who want to enjoy together but still want some privacy. The main house offers 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious kitchen and living room, and on this level there is also the garden and swimming pool.

Downstairs there is a separate access to the apartment, where there is another double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, double sofa bed and baby cot. This room is also equipped with a terrace with lounge set. This way both families can enjoy each other and the pool, but also find peace and privacy when desired!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are per night, with a minimum stay of 7 nights.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
