Through the living room and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom you enter through large sliding doors on the lower terrace where you can enjoy sun and shade with table and chairs. On top of the roof terrace you can enjoy the sun on the sunbeds, you can cool off under the outdoor shower or under the parasol. On the roof terrace there is also an extendable dining table with chairs. The EsSence apartment complex is secured 24 hours a day. It is only accessible to residents or tenants. The tenants can make free use of the swimming pool which is equipped with sunbeds and showers. You can park your (rental) car for free in the street at the main entrance of the complex.
