The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and a Dolce Gusto machine. Both the bedrooms and the living room/kitchen have air conditioning (hot/cold). You also have access to a vacuum cleaner and drying rack.
The living
The living room is modernly furnished with a 4-person dining area and sofa. There is free WIFI and the internet TV offers many international channels. You can watch Netflix via your own account. There is also a radio in the living room.
The bedrooms
The first bedroom has 2 single beds and is located on the street side. The second bedroom has 1 double bed and a beautiful view over the pool. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The small terrace
On the small terrace adjacent to the living room there is a round table with 4 chairs. A storage room has been placed under the stairs. This terrace is located on the northern side and provides cooling during the warm hours of the day.
The roof terrace
The 70 m2 roof terrace has an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue and sink, a high bar with 2 bar stools, a 4-person dining area including horizontal sun blinds, 2 sun loungers with luxurious cushions and parasol, a comfortable seating area with a 2-person sofa and 2 separate armchairs. . There is also an outdoor shower with hot water. The roof terrace has sun all day and can be reached by stairs from the small terrace.
The lighting can be dimmed throughout the apartment and/or you can determine your own atmosphere with LED lighting. This also applies to both bathrooms and the roof terrace. During your stay you can park your car (free) in front of the door. A car is a must for an optimal stay in our apartment. There are 3 air conditioners in the apartment. There are construction activities in the area at an advanced stage. These will be fully completed in July 2024.
