This modern and tastefully decorated new apartment is located in Orihuela Costa on the Costa Blanca and is located in a beautiful secured residence with swimming pool. You can go for a short city break, a holiday for one or more weeks or you can overwinter saved.

LIVING ROOM
The apartment has a spacious, modern living room equipped with every comfort. From here you through a large sliding access to the private terrace.

KITCHEN
The open kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, Dolce Gusto, toaster ...

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms (one double bed + 2 x 1 bed) each with private bathroom and spacious wardrobes. One bedroom has direct access to the private terrace, the other sea. The beds are made before arrival. Sheets so you do not provide yourself.

BATHROOM
The 2 bathrooms each have a shower, toilet, sink and a large mirror. We put towels available. Beach towels and washcloths, you must provide yourself.

OUTSIDE
On the terrace of 12m² you can delightfully enjoy the sunshine. Garden furniture and parasol are provided. In the enclosed area can make use of the communal pool. In the apartment-fold sunbeds available that you can take to the pool.

The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold). We offer free WI-FI available.
