On the lower floor there are 3 spacious rooms with comfortable beds; as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Main room has en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower; The 2 other rooms have a shared spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. All rooms have air conditioning/heating. There is also a roof terrace of 5 by 4m with beautiful mountain views; There is also a private parking space.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
