A safety gate is provided for the little ones.

Wonderful views of the Marjal and the nearby beaches/sea of Les Deveses.
The stretched sandy beaches of Deveses are 10 minutes from the house.
For the youngest there is a playground (fenced and closed with a gate). Two sun loungers ensure that mum and dad can relax while the youngest have fun.

Relax on the new terrace by the pool that gradually deepens. An ibiza style bench invites you to enjoy the wonderful sunsets
Spectacular views of the Marjal, the nature reserve where Valencian rice is grown and there is a spring with natural hot water with medicinal effects.
