Detached villa on a fenced plot of 1000 m² with a large driveway, garden, large fully equipped outdoor kitchen (stove/fridge-freezer/dishwasher/barbecue/coffee maker) and private swimming pool (8x4) with steps and surrounding terrace, bathroom, shower room, kitchen, living room and large dining room overlooking the garden. Casa Mi Pajobe has 4 bedrooms and is suitable for max. 8 people. and 2 babies. But you are also welcome with fewer people and we offer the possibility to book fewer bedrooms.
This advertisement concerns the rental of 2 bedrooms (max. 4 persons). As a 2nd bedroom you can choose between a bedroom with 2 x 1 bed or a bedroom with a double bed. The other bedrooms are closed off. You are the only tenant of the house.
The house is located in a quiet residential area and offers a lot of privacy.
The bedrooms and living room are equipped with fixed (hot/cold) air conditioning. Also gas central heating for the winter months.
Equipped with free fiber optic WiFi and TV Flanders.
Quiet location, shops / restaurants at 500 meters. Beach + center Benidorm 5 km. Located 3 km from the motorway exit, easily accessible.
Child-friendly furnishings. Toys and books available.
Baby package for 1 baby (0-24 months) must be booked additionally.

In July and August arrival and departure on Saturday, but not possible in 2-bedroom rentals.
Other months free arrival day.
Minimum stay 7 nights.

When we, Michel and Patricia drove to our holiday destination in Villajoyosa for the first time, we had a feeling of coming home.
Many holidays later, our children, Josephine and Benjamin, are also infected
with our love for the Costa Blanca, more specifically the area around Benidorm, Altea and Finestrat. In 2016 we found our own piece of paradise on earth. Unfortunately, we cannot be here constantly, which is why we want to share our spot with you.

These prices are for use of 2 bedrooms, for max. 4 people.
If you wish to use 3 or 4 bedrooms, we would like to refer you to our advertisement with number 25754

* water consumption, amount depends on the period and number of bedrooms. Additional consumption € 4.00/m³

* (baby kit 0-24 m. (cot + high chair + linen + towels) compulsory : € 35 per baby/stay)

Cancellation:
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the deposit of 25% remains due,
