A nice and well-furnished holiday home close to (10 minutes walk) the beaches, shops and restaurants of the cozy town of Moraira.
The outdoors at Casa Contenta is fantastic.
It has a spacious terrace, private swimming pool (8x4) and outdoor kitchen.

The dining table is located near the outdoor kitchen with large gas barbecue.
Who invites you to prepare the tastiest dishes.
With multiple seating areas, you can relax in both the sun and the shade
The villa has several sunbeds around the pool.
Under the naya you will find a lovely lounge sofa to enjoy in the shade.
The main entrance of Casa Contenta can be entered via a few steps of the stairs located at the very spacious parking lot.
Another possibility is to walk around the house from the parking lot, so you can reach the terrace side of the house without taking a staircase where you can also enter the house.
From that point on, everything is on the ground floor and after opening the large steel doors, you are in the open space where the living room, kitchen and dining area are located.
