Completely renovated cozy apartment directly on the beach Playa Muchavista, according to National Geographic the most beautiful 3rd of the 135 beaches in the province of Alicante, only 5 minutes walk from the pleasant boulevard in El Campello with its many bars and restaurants and 10 minutes by taxi / car to the city of Alicante with its beautiful shops, Spanish boulevards and many delicious tapas restaurants.

A lovely short stay place for up to 2 people, who love a quiet location with every conceivable comfort: a private closed parking space, elevator, TV, air conditioning/heating, luxurious fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer), free Wifi, Nespresso machine, airfryer, milk frother, lovely double bed (160x200), shower (with body wash, shampoo and conditioner), beautiful vanity unit, hair dryer, closed toilet, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach and bath towels and a set of sheets (for a small fee) and a warm welcome including a nice glass of wine in the fridge. Let the enjoyment begin!

We have had a house near Alicante for years and come here very regularly. We use our apartment to accommodate friends and family and it is a wonderful place to enjoy. Small but extremely comfortable, equipped with every luxury and convenience.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
