Description
On the sunny Costa Blanca between Alicante and Benidorm – in a quiet area of the seaside resort of El Campello – there is a beautiful apartment complex with the name: Cala Merced. If you want to enjoy the wonderful Spanish climate in peace, but still want to be able to reach the hustle and bustle of the large towns with long beaches, boulevards, restaurants and shops within a few minutes by car, then this complex is the place for you.
The complex consists of 2 buildings, block A and block B. Both blocks have sea views, but block B has a much better sun position. Our apartment number 13 is located on the ground floor (with large terrace) in block B.
On the complex you will find a tropical garden with two swimming pools, a communal recreation room, a playground and a gym. The complex is completely closed and therefore very child-friendly. From our terrace you have an unobstructed view of the sea, the tropical garden, the swimming pools and the playground. Nowadays there is also a small supermarket, coffee shop and nice restaurant in the plinth of the building. From 2026 there will be a large new beach of 130 x 30 meters right in front of the complex!
SUITABLE FOR UP TO 4 Adults and 2 children.
Apartment No.13 is located on the sunny side with an unobstructed view of the sea, the large swimming pool and the beautiful tropical garden. There is a spacious terrace on the ground floor that can be completely covered and screened.
The apartment can be rented all year round for 4 to max. 6 people.
Recently the apartment has been equipped with a completely new modern (IBIZA-style) interior!

Bedroom 1
Two single beds (good box springs) and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 (very spacious)
Two single beds (good box springs), a bunk bed and a large wardrobe. This room can accommodate up to
4 people (plus possibly a baby bed). Baby bed and high chair on request.
Bathroom
New bathroom (2024), with bath/shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Living and dining room
Equipped with dining area for 6 people, nice lounge sofa and comfortable chair.
HD smart TV with all Dutch TV channels and DVD player.
Open kitchen
Equipped with a four-burner hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Senseo) and kettle. Furthermore, completely complete and well equipped.
Other
– Fast WIFI is available for free.
– Own washing machine, dryer, safe, ironing board with iron.
– Linen, towels & bath towels are provided. During the stay, you must wash your own linen and towels.
– You must keep the apartment clean during the stay, except for the final cleaning.
– Free use of private closed parking in the garage under the complex.
Finally
Air conditioning & heating throughout the apartment. Living room is also equipped with a ceiling fan. Everything in neat condition and VERY complete!
Alicante airport about 25-30 min drive.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
Prices:
Rental is for a minimum of one week in high season, otherwise min 5 days.
Flexible arrival and departure times.
