Park Carpe Diem Studio

Carpe Diem Studio is located in Busot, a village in the mountains 8 minutes from the promenade and beaches of El Campello.

Park Carpe Diem is 20 minutes away. from the center of Alicante and 25 min.  The 40 m² studio consists of one room with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and an extra-large bed. The bathroom is separate and has a walk-in shower.

The accommodation is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for online meetings), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine and a dryer. In the beautifully landscaped garden with bar and fitness equipment, guests can enjoy a drink, peace, space and the beautiful weather. Because of the many seats, there is always a place in the sun or in the shade.

Additional amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and a bbq. A baby cot and/or high chair are available on request. From the studio there is direct access to the garden, the dining table and the swimming pool with sun loungers. In the garden, there is a bar with outdoor toilet and an outdoor shower. Beach/pool towels are provided.

There are 2 parking spaces on site (no reservation required) and free street parking. The garden and pool are maintained by the gardener, who comes once a week.

Busot is a quietly located village in the mountains near many amenities such as beaches, amusement parks, shopping centers and the city. There is a large communal swimming pool, restaurants, a gym, padel courts and tennis courts. But it offers much more. In the vicinity of Park Carpe Diem is Bonalba Golf Course (4 km.) and Alicante Golf (12 km) and the caves of Canelobres at 10 min. distance. 10 minutes from Park Carpe Diem you can make beautiful mountain walks in Cabco d'Or, less than 10 minutes is the boarding point for a spectacular 4x4 self-drive experience.

The Costa Blanca attracts many people because of its wonderful microclimate. It is also pleasant in winter, Alicante has the most hours of sunshine in Spain and the temperature rarely drops below 15 degrees. Because of this pleasant temperature, the coast attracts many tourists and is open a lot in summer and winter.

It is advisable to have a car. If you are flying, you can rent a car at the airport. It is best to arrange this at home. The roads are ideal for excursions. For example, Benidorm is 30 km away. But also Javéa, Altea, Albir, Calpe, Moraira and Villajoyosa are nice places to visit.

Guidelines for waste separation are provided on site. There are provisions for energy and water saving, and in addition, a large part of the electricity is generated by solar panels.
