HOLIDAYS IN A HISTORIC COUNTRY HOUSE IN DÉNIA
GUEST HOUSE OF VILLA "LA CAMPANERA"
In the famous coastal town of Dénia, about 1 kilometer from the city center and also from the coast, the historic property, Villa "La Campanera", is located on a plot of almost 5,000 m². The ensemble became known through its former owner, the famous tenor Antonio Cortis (1891-1952), known as "il piccolo Caruso". The main house is over 100 years old and was restored 10 years ago by the current owners in a historically elaborate and true to original way. Next to it is a guest house consisting of 2 separate apartments, where you can enjoy the spacious atmosphere and the view of the Montgó mountain.
Both the city center of Dénia and the port are about 1 km away and can be reached on foot.
The larger apartment has a total area of about 72 m² and consists of a hallway, a living room, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. A sofa bed in the living room for one person can also be used. A separate exit connects the apartment to an open terrace facing south with a table and a charcoal grill. If necessary, a sun curtain can be spanned over the 60 m² terrace. Just off the terrace is a citrus garden with fresh fruits.
The smaller apartment in a tower has a total area of about 35 m² and consists of a hallway, a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed at half a height.
The prices listed refer to the entire guest house, consisting of 2 apartments and a shared glazed veranda. The maximum occupancy is 5 adults (2 double beds and a sofa bed). If required, a cot can be provided free of charge.
In case of lower occupancy (2 adults) only the large apartment can be rented for 2/3 of the total price. The small apartment remains unrented, and guests can use the entire infrastructure (pool, veranda, barbecue area, etc.) for themselves.
In order to be able to book only one apartment in case of low occupancy, we ask you to contact us.
Both apartments are connected by a glazed veranda with approx. 40 m².
Both apartments are fully equipped, fully air-conditioned, have Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machines and much more.
On the property next to the guest house 3 vehicles can be parked, including even 1 camper.
Our guests can use a 10x10 meter pool for themselves. For children there is a playground with a children's house.
Whether it's in the hot summer period or in the warm and calm winter, you can fully enjoy the most famous recreation option in Dénia.
