It was nice and warm in Denia so it was a very pleasant surprise that the villa was fully equipped with air condition...

It was nice and warm in Denia so it was a very pleasant surprise that the villa was fully equipped with air conditioning, instead of only in 1 bedroom as indicated on the site. There were also games and some toys available!

We had a wonderful week in the villa, beautiful views in the evening on the mountain and a beautiful starry sky! A nice bbq corner would complete the picture (tip to the landlord), children enjoyed the pool and the daily visits...

A nice bbq corner would complete the picture (tip to the landlord), children enjoyed the pool and the daily visits of the squirrel was like icing on the cake! Denia is a place for young and old with many sights and activities! Thank you Marloes and Gijs for this unforgettable week! Ps the caretaker was also great, super helpful and friendly!

We stayed in February and March for 6 weeks with the four of us in this villa and had a great time. The house is just big enough and pleasantly furnished. Everything is available in the kitchen and in the beautiful garden there...

We stayed in February and March for 6 weeks with the four of us in this villa and had a great time. The house is just big enough and pleasantly furnished. Everything is available in the kitchen and in the beautiful garden there were plenty of nice chairs and sunbeds with mattresses. The house is located a bit higher in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of the Montgo. Easy to do by car, it is too much climbing for cycling. The communication with the owner and the caretaker went smoothly, there was a quick response. Denia is a nice town with lots of nice restaurants. The tapas tour in February/March is highly recommended. By car you can reach the town and the beaches in 6 minutes, where you can walk the dog in winter. Also a lot to see in the immediate vicinity. We enjoyed it very much!

Beautiful detached villa with lots of privacy. During our stay, in mid-February, the sun was shining on the terrace nice and early in the morning. We enjoyed it.

Very complete house. Very nice landscaped garden with large swimming pool with super views of the Montgo.

Located close to the cozy harbor and the beach.

We have already booked for 2018. Highly recommended.
