This detached villa with large swimming pool is suitable for 6 people (3 bedrooms). The house was completely renovated last year and equipped with every luxury, but retaining original details such as the beautiful Spanish doors. Around the house (almost 1000 m2) there is a garden on different levels with many plants, trees and privacy. Here you can lie in the sun or eat together on the large terrace with bbq. Want to cool down? Then you just take a dip in the beautiful swimming pool (8 x 4 m). Also nice: the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it is always wonderfully quiet.
The layout:
An outdoor staircase leads to the top floor where there is a great terrace (our favorite spot!) with lounge set and magnificent views of both the mountain El Montgó and the sea. Through the front door you enter a wonderfully bright living/dining room with adjoining the original, but modernized, kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. You will also find a new bathroom with toilet, sink, washing machine and walk-in shower and 2 nice, bright bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes: one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds that can be linked.
Downstairs there is an apartment for 2 people with a sitting room, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, kitchenette with refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker and a large bedroom with double bed.
Do you want to explore Denia or go to the beach? You can reach the beautiful old town, the cozy harbor or the beach within 10 minutes by car or e-bike (for rent in the center of Denia).
Good to know: due to the stairs and level differences outside, this house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or families with very young children. We also rent out the villa. not to groups of young people.
