The top floor consists of a living room with TV (IPTV including all Dutch, Belgian, Spanish, English and Italian channels), dining room, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a kitchen with 4 burner hob and oven, a utility room with dishwasher and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

The ground floor consists of a living room with TV (with Chromecast), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, kitchen-diner with coffee and tea making facilities and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning.

From the villa you have a view of the Montgó, Jesus Pobre, la Sella Golf and the Segaria.

Outside:
The area of the plot is approximately 1400 m2 and outside there is: the swimming pool (8mx4m - not heated), 8 sunbeds, an outdoor kitchen, a canopy with dining facilities, toilet, outdoor shower and a beautiful garden with various fruit trees. We are Santiago and Renate. We have lost our hearts to the Costa Blanca and found our dream home in Pedreguer. We rent out this beautiful house, so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Santiago's roots are in Spain and Renate's in the Netherlands. In this way we combine the best of both worlds. What you see is what you get mentality with the typical authentic Spanish feeling. Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation between the booking and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 35% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
