Casa Elisabeth is located in this historic center in a quiet narrow street. Behind the simple-looking façade is a recently authentically renovated house, which certainly meets this modern age. The house is fully equipped for up to 4 people. 
  
On the ground floor you will find the cozy living room with dining area, the kitchen  with all amenities, a small patio and a spacious bedroom with plenty of closet space and the adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 
On the first floor the second spacious bedroom. Also with plenty of closet space. The bathroom of this room, also with shower, toilet and sink, is accessible via an easy staircase and located on the second floor.
Also on this second floor in a separate room is a washing machine and dryer and the door that provides access to the south-facing terrace.
The house is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi and television with all Dutch channels including ESPN including the premier league and many other channels. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and included in the price.
For loading and unloading, the house is easily accessible by car. Free parking is always possible on the public road about 250 meters away from the house. 

The location of Casa Elisabeth is unique. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, terraces, shopping streets etc. are within easy reach.    
The house is, as already mentioned, in a narrow quiet street. From the house you can walk within 2 minutes in the Calle Loreto, a street in the center of the historic city center, which is known for its many restaurants.
Have a nice breakfast in the morning, lunch in the afternoon or go to the tapas bar in the evening for a drink and a snack; After a short walk it is all possible. And that too for an amazingly favorable price.
If you want to walk further; From the house you can stroll and enjoy the historic city center and the more modern center in twenty minutes to the fishing port and marina.
Denia has a large number of beautiful beaches. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk from the house. You can reach the beach within a few minutes by car.

Dénia is located between the cities of Valencia and Alicante. An hour's drive from both cities by car. This also means that if you travel by plane, you can fly to both Alicante and Valencia.
The area is perfect for making nice and beautiful trips, such as the beautiful Jalon Valley, Benidorm, Altea and further away Valencia and Alicante.
