The stylish living and dining room in Capri is equipped with a comfortable sofa, dining table for 4 people and flat-screen TV (no Spanish channels). In addition, you can enjoy TV Vlaanderen (Belgian channels), free WiFi and air conditioning.
In addition, from the living room you can access your private balcony with sitting area and a beautiful sea view. The balcony is adjacent to the boulevard, so cars are not allowed. Here you can enjoy the sloshing of the sea and the murmurs of the hikers.
Would you like to make your own breakfast or dine on the balcony in the evening with the sunset? The open kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, such as fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. So no problem!
The master bedroom suite has a double bed (160 x 190 cm), bedside tables, large wardrobe and yet air conditioning. In the other bedroom you will find two single beds, wardrobe and a portable air conditioning.
The bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet can be found in the hallway.
The apartment is on the second floor. Unfortunately, the apartment complex does not have an elevator. On the other hand, you have free parking in the town of Calpe near the apartment (200m)

- Smoking is NOT allowed in this apartment.
- One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. An additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid for this upon arrival.
- There is no elevator.
- The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
- Parties and noise are strictly forbidden at all times.
- You have one free parking space in the garage of Hotel SolyMar.
- You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
- We strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, please note that occasional work or noise from the environment may occur and are beyond our control.
