Villa HVH is located in a small and cozy village of Daya Vieja, in the south of the Costa Blanca.
Only 30 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 50 minutes from Murcia airport.
This newly built semi-detached villa, with private swimming pool, is modernly furnished with all the necessary comfort you would expect from a holiday home.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood with only recently built houses.
The house has 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a double bed with an adjoining bathroom.
The second bedroom is on the first floor and has spacious built-in wardrobes and a separate bathroom.
Both bathrooms are luxuriously furnished with bathroom furniture, walk-in shower and toilet.
There is another sofa bed in the large living room.
If necessary, it can sleep 2 people.
The modern kitchen with cooking island is equipped with all necessary equipment such as refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There are also the necessary separate appliances such as a juicer, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine and plancha for a cozy meal outside.
In the spacious living room, very bright thanks to the two sliding windows, you will find a table for 6 people, a large sofa with a reading corner and a Smart TV.
From here you have a view of the terrace with private pool.
In addition, there is a storage room with a washing machine and all the essentials for daily cleaning.
There is also a separate courtyard for placing a drying rack.
On the lower terrace is the private swimming pool with fountain and separate shower.
You can also have a drink on our terrace or enjoy the sun on the sun loungers.
This terrace is also equipped with an electric awning.
The internal staircase leads you to the hall on the first floor.
Here you will find another built-in closet and access to the bathroom and bedroom.
Through this hall you also have access to the spacious solarium of 80m².
Here you can enjoy an extensive meal in the evening at our dining table for 6 people, relax with a glass of wine in our lounge set or enjoy the sun in the sun loungers.
Is it too hot or too sunny?
No problem, the solarium is equipped with a 6x4m pergola.
For check-in and check-out, a keyholder will come on site.
He will provide you with the necessary information for your stay.
He can also take care of the necessary groceries, so that you can immediately enjoy your holiday.
You have to order it in advance and you have to pay it directly to the keyholder.
The house is in a very quiet place and within walking distance (200m) of the small village where you can find everything, such as a bakery, a pharmacy, a bar with a nice square and several Spanish restaurants.
At 50m from the house you will find a football field, 2 padel fields and the local public swimming pool.

Within a 5 minute drive you will find Rojales, San Fulgencio and Benijofar.
At 10 km you will find the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura, where you can enjoy 12 km of fine sandy beaches, beautiful parks and numerous bars and restaurants.
In terms of sports and leisure activities, there are many opportunities in the area.
There are several golf courses, water parks, water sports, tennis, padel, karting, hiking, cycling, etc.
A day of shopping is no problem here either.
Every day there is a local market that you can visit or why not visit the largest open-air shopping center in Europe with the boulevard La Zenia.
