With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this villa can accommodate up to nine guests. And close by you will find the beautiful beach of Cala del Moraig, making the villa the perfect retreat for those looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday.

Step into the villa and be greeted by an inviting open plan living and dining area. There is a comfortable sofa, smart TV, dining table and air conditioning.

Adjacent to the living room you will find a separate fully equipped kitchen that will cater for all your culinary needs. It has modern appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, 3-burner electric hob, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and Senseo coffee machines, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender and dishwasher.

On this level there is also a charming bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. There is a separate bathroom with shower.

Go down via the elevator, or via the outside staircase, and find the second spacious bedroom, with double bed and beautiful sea views. It has a private bathroom with shower and two small private balconies. Go up a few steps to find the third bedroom, furnished with a double bed and air conditioning. Connected to this room is the fourth bedroom with a single bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

The fifth bedroom is located in the charming studio outside the villa (accessed via several flights of stairs). There is a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, a sunny and expansive terrace awaits you, where you can soak up the Mediterranean sun and enjoy the breathtaking views. Take a dip in the private 8×4 pool or watch your little ones splash in the adjacent children's pool (2.5 x 2.5). The outdoor kitchen has a gas barbecue, refrigerator, dishwasher and hob. And you can enjoy your meals at the dining table with a cabana for extra shade.

The villa benefits from fiber optic Wi-Fi. For your convenience, private parking is provided for one car and free street parking is available.
