In the summer we sit outside on the terrace until late at night in our swimsuits watching TV or playing cards. The TV and Decoder are in fact fine turning and thus regulate. Using the remote on the terrace Nice right?

Smallest 3rd bedroom but also with 2 beds, large closet and shutters. We have experienced ourselves that there is no need for air conditioning inside. You can easily open all the windows and sliding doors against each other and there is a wonderful natural refreshment. Much better than airo of course.

The apartment will always be fresh and cleaned delivered. it all looks spic and span. .

Utility / laundry / drying room with washing machine and laundry. Clothesline + separate laundry rack. There are also plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to enjoy a take away. To one of the beaches Just a 10 minute walk will begin your beach fun.
Our favorite beach is just a 10 minute walk away, right on the pedestrian promenade. Always nice with beach chair and umbrella, and those lovely balmy breeze from the sea feel. That's really chill.
In 10 minutes you are here on the lovely fine sandy beach with a gently sloping beach. So enjoy. The seawater is many months of the year, 26 degrees!
Ever seen on the beach? A real library and childcare. It's all there on the promenade of El Campello in the summer months.

Since 2010 there is a modern tramway along the Costa Blanca from Alicante to Denia. From the airport, take the bus for € 2.90 pp to Luceros (Alicante city center) and then take the escalator down and take the tram for only € 1.45 to El Campello to stop Salesians (our house).
