Beautiful bohemian apartment right on the beach of Playa de Torres (bay).

The apartment has a living room with open kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious terrace around the entire apartment.
The terrace with sea view has garden furniture and a lounge area.

The apartment is part of a complex with a communal large outdoor swimming pool and a Spa (sauna, hot tub and indoor pool).

The village of Villajoyosa is 5 minutes by car and can also be reached on foot along the coast (25 minutes walk).

The apartment is fully equipped, such as electric shutters, air conditioning, washing machine, smart TV and WiFi. There is a private parking space in the covered parking garage.

There are several beaches in the area, including the sandy beaches of Benidorm and La Cala which are about 3.5 kilometres away. Alicante airport is about 50 kilometers away and the beautiful city of Valencia can be reached within 1.5 hours. In the vicinity are several popular villages such as Altea, Albir and the colorful Villajoyosa. A short distance away are several golf courses, amusement parks, zoo and an indoor shopping center. At the complex there is a bus stop in front of the door and a tram station a stone's throw away.

Hi, I'm Jacqueline.
We always enjoy this beautiful apartment immensely.
The apartment is located by the sea.
It has a nice large balcony all around of 59m2. This gives it several seating areas to eat and relax.
We also like to use the thermal baths with sauna, indoor pool and heated pool that are located in the apartment complex.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you'll get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival. After that, if you cancel up to seven days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you wait any longer, you will not receive a refund.

From November 1 to March 31, winter rental per month is also possible.

A short distance away is the village of Villajoyosa which is located directly by the sea and has a 3.5 kilometer long beach! The most characteristic thing about the beach, and actually also about Villajoyosa itself, are the typical and cheerful colored fishermen's houses along the beach of the town. These houses are painted with these cheerful and bright colors so that the fishermen could see from the sea exactly where they had to go to go home. In short: worth a visit!

There is a beautiful walking path called 'Sendero Azul' right next to the beach Playa de Torres which goes along the coast with beautiful views high above the sea and which also leads to a small bay called Raco del Conill. This coastal walk is winding with wide white gravel paths through the landscape. There are some narrow mountain paths here and there, but overall a very nice and easy walk.

Half an hour's drive away is the mountain village of Guadalest. The unique thing about Guadalest is that the village is beautifully integrated into the rocks.

The almost thousand-year-old village is situated entirely around the castle: El Castell de Guadalest. The village is located high and therefore offers a magnificent view over the lower reservoir.
