Welcome to our brand new apartment in Villajoyosa, a wonderful place on the Costa Blanca where peace, comfort and the Mediterranean outdoors come together.
You will stay right between Alicante and Benidorm: close to the beach, a large supermarket within walking distance, cozy restaurants and the colorful center of Villajoyosa, but without the hustle and bustle of the big tourist areas.
The apartment is 90 m², was completed in 2025 and has been tastefully decorated by an interior designer. Everything feels new, fresh and carefully thought out. The spacious living room, the three cozy bedrooms and the two modern bathrooms make the apartment ideal for families, couples, winter visitors or anyone who wants to temporarily enjoy life under the Spanish sun.
One of the most special spaces is the large terrace. From here you can enjoy fantastic views of the mountains, with a side view of the pool and the well-kept garden of the complex. Start the day quietly with a cup of coffee in the morning sun, work out in the open air for a few hours with fast Wi-Fi or end the day with a good glass of wine while the sun slowly disappears behind the mountains.
The complex is small-scale, quiet and well maintained, with a communal swimming pool, a nice garden and private parking in the garage. No hassle of looking for a spot, no stress on arrival: just park, go inside and relax.
Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: high-speed Wi-Fi, high-quality air conditioning in every room, bed linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase.
The location is ideal. The beach is about 800 m away and the centre of Villajoyosa is about 700 m away. Within 10 minutes you are in Benidorm and in about 30 minutes in Alicante and at the airport.
