And if you have had enough of the hustle and bustle, you can retreat to this oasis of peace. In the summer there are many nice markets for tourists, but there is also plenty to do in the area.
Just pick up the weekly newspaper at the supermarket and you know exactly where to do what. Enough of the swimming pool and the beach, then you can also indulge yourself in terms of culture. In Rojales there is a beautiful park, famous are also the beautiful cave houses. The golf club La Marquesa is 900 meters away and the beaches of Guardamar are a 10-minute drive away.
Quesada is a pleasant village with many bars and restaurants.

The apartment contains a large kitchen, with all necessary equipment. 2 bedrooms, 1 with king size double bed and 1 with 2 single beds.

The El Recorall Natural Park is within walking distance, for golf enthusiasts Golf Club El Marquesa with an international reputation and an aqua park for the children.

The beaches of Guardamar, with its cozy marina and excellent fish restaurant, La Marina and Orihuela are located in the vicinity.

For breakfast or dinner you can sit outside on the private terrace or use the covered terrace by the pool. Cozy to spend long evenings outside enjoying summer evenings.

Located in a quiet location with beautiful views. The beautiful wide sandy beach of Guardamar can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Close to nice restaurants and bars. In the high season there are nice tourist night markets. Close to the Habaneras shopping center and in just 15 minutes you are in the largest shopping center in Spain: La Zenia Boulevard. The natural spa, freely accessible in Torrevieja, is also very worthwhile.

Ciudad Quesada is found in an area of renowned cultural heritage and natural beauty.

For golfers there are also 5 excellent 18 hole golf courses in the area all within a 25 minute drive. Nearest only 800 meters away. The Golfing PGA Championship
2008 is held at La Finca, 10 minutes from the house.

Beaches here have consistently been awarded the European Blue Flag for safe, clean water and excellent service. Guardamar is a 10 minute drive away with its 7 miles of golden unspoilt beaches, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Also worth a visit are La Mata and La Marina just a short (car) away.

The vibrant cosmopolitan resort of Torrevieja is a 10/15 minute drive away with miles of sand and rocky coves, marina, shops and plenty of bars and restaurants with something for all ages.
