Casa Dulce Vida is a modern and comfortable two-storey apartment (120 m2) built in 2020 and is located on the outskirts of the coastal town of Guardamar del Segura in the province of Valencia. The apartment is located near the sandy beach and the dunes of Guardamar, within walking / cycling distance of the center. Guardamar is a traditional Spanish town with various shops, restaurants, bars, parks, sports facilities and a boulevard. Many of the (Spanish) residents live permanently in Guardamar, so that all facilities are open all year round and it is a great holiday destination in both summer and winter.

The apartment is located in the 24h secured complex esSence. This complex is only accessible to residents or tenants. You can park your (rental) car for free in the parking garage under the complex or in the street behind the complex.

From the cozy living room and luxurious open kitchen you can walk straight onto the spacious sunny terrace (75 m2) with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combi oven, coffee maker and kettle. All areas in the house are air-conditioned and you can also use free WiFi throughout the house. All three bedrooms have comfortable double box-spring beds (mattress length 220 cm).

Alicante airport is only a 30 minute drive away.

• Linen package (bed linen, towels and beach towel) is included in the price.
• Compulsory final cleaning at € 150 per stay. Payable in cash upon key collection.
• Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be settled afterwards with € 0.40 per kWh from the deposit.
• Deposit € 300 (if no damage has been observed by the manager, the amount minus the costs for electricity will be returned within 2 weeks after the check-out date).
• The booking is final after receipt of the down payment (30% of the total rent). The remaining amount including the deposit must be paid no later than 2 months before the arrival date.
• Due to Covid-19, you can cancel the booking free of charge in the event of a negative travel advice. If you have made a down payment, it will be returned to you within a week.
