Due to the salt flats and the Mediterranean Sea, this area has an extremely healthy climate with an average annual temperature of 20°. So you can go on holiday all year round, both in the summer and during the winter period! The airports of Alicante are 30 minutes away and Murcia are 50 minutes away by car. So you don't have to wait long after your arrival in Spain to relax from your holiday.

Hi, like so many others, we David and Sylvia have taken the step to invest in our future and that of our children by purchasing our dream home in Spain. It soon became clear to us that it was the Costa Blanca. Due to the Mediterranean climate it is nice to stay there day in and day out. We are still working people ourselves and can therefore not enjoy our home so much, so we offer it for rent for anyone who wants to enjoy the Spanish Costa Blanca.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include water and electricity (up to 80kWh/week, if more consumption : €0.40/kWh extra), wifi, TV, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels

Cancellation Policy:

More than 4 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Up to 4 months and more than 1 month before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rent
1 month before the start up to 2 weeks rental period: 40% of the rent
2 weeks to 24 hours before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rent + 75% deposit
Within 24 hours before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental period that has not yet been fulfilled, by way of compensation, the agreed deposit will not be refunded by the landlord.

The booking is only cancelled when the tenant confirms this in writing to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
