The kitchen is spacious and has a separate room for the washing machine.
Casa Rio has a very spacious roof terrace (7 x 7 meters) on the second floor where there is plenty of sun.
There is a lovely dining table with chairs and two sunbeds. Of course there is WiFi, Dutch TV channels and Chromecast.
Casa Rio is located in a very quiet and very friendly part of Rojales. There are plenty of free parking spaces directly at the apartment. The Marqueza golf course is 1.5 kilometres away.
There is also a large swimming pool within a 10-minute walk. Guardamar beach is a 12-minute drive away.
There are bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, pharmacies and plenty of restaurants in the village.
