Casa di Paddy

* Casa di Paddy is located in a quiet urbanization within walking distance of some shops, restaurants, the golf course and country club.
* The large houses with all its artists are the attraction of the area and a wonderful excursion also the famous shell house.
* Zenia boulevard, Torrevieja Habanneras are all within reasonable driving distance from our Casa.

* Our detached Casa with Mediterranean garden with its various terraces is guaranteed a place in the sun or shade on a plot of 600 m ² plus a lot of privacy.

* The swimming pool (4x8 m) has 4 sun loungers and a terrace for aperitifs under the beautiful lemon tree.

* Our large solarium is also equipped with a table with 4 chairs so that you can enjoy the beautiful view in the morning or in the evening with a cup of coffee or tea.

* Casa di Paddy has a spacious living / dining room with open kitchen. The living room has satellite TV with many different channels, DVD, Wifi Radio and free wifi. Relax in the evening in our blissful leather sofa.
Our open kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, senseo, combi oven / microwave and various electrical equipment.
The master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that can also be turned into a double bed.
A baby cot is also available, this can possibly be placed in the living room or in the master bedroom.

Our laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
All rooms including living room have air conditioning.
We have a wonderful pellet stove for the winter months. Conviviality trumps :)
