Casita Montgo has a central location, 10-15 minutes from the beautiful bays and beaches of Javea, Moraira and Denia. This wonderful house has recently been completely renovated in Ibiza style and is equipped with all luxurious amenities, in a wonderfully quiet location with beautiful views over the valley. Located 5 minutes by car from the village and 2 minutes by car from a supermarket for fresh rolls, among other things.

The entire house has underfloor heating and luxurious ceiling fans. Outside Naya with lounge area.

Inside naya with views over the pool and valley. Living room with Samsung smart TV and spacious sofa with lounge area. Spacious kitchen with dining table, equipped with all amenities (including dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, washer/dryer combination and large refrigerator with freezer compartment).

2.5 bathroom with (divided over the bathrooms) spacious bath, rain shower, 2 toilets and a urinal. Both bedrooms with (nw) AIRCO, bedroom 1 with 1 bed (160x200) and bedroom 2 with 2 separate beds (90x200). Swimming pool with separate children's (shallow) section, luxurious daybed and various sun loungers.

There is sufficient space for several cars to park on site.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
