Centrally located between the major cities of Alicante and Valencia, along the coast is the beautiful town of Calpe with the famous rock Peñon d'Ifach. From Calpe, the nice seaside resorts of Benissa, Moraira, Altea and Javea are a short distance away. If this appeals to you, Casa Biamar in Calpe is the perfect place to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The apartment is located in the La Canuta district and is fully equipped. It has a private entrance and free parking. You can relax by the pool or in one of the spots in the garden.
The bay with the picturesque beach of Puerto Blanco is only an 8-minute walk away. The beaches of La Fossa and Arenal can be reached within 8 minutes by car, as is the center. We use green electricity, generated by our own solar panels. In addition, you can simply drink the tap water with us. We had an Aquafilter filter system installed.

Hi. We are Mario and Bianca and we traveled to Calpe in June 2022 in good spirits to deal with Casa Biamar. We live on the first floor of Casa Biamar and rent out the beautiful, cozy apartment on the ground floor. As a result, we are always there for advice or a pleasant chat. You have your own entrance and of course private use of the swimming pool. Feel especially welcome on arrival.

Explanation of prices

Minimum rental period from July to September 7 nights. Departure and arrival on Saturday. Minimum rental period from October to June 2 nights.

Check-in from 3 pm (or in consultation) + personal reception.
Check out before 11am.

Rental prices include:
water and electricity. (in the period November to April additional consumption to be calculated for a long stay)
Bed linen
Towels and tea towels
Final cleaning.

Extras:
Transfer from and to airport on request.
Baby bed and baby chair. (5 euros per night)
Extra cleaning during stay (65 euros)
