This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom single storey villa offers breathtaking sea views and views of Calpe and Moraira, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings. We promise you'll never want to leave!

We enter the villa into the bright and open living space with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV with Chromecast. There is a beautiful open kitchen with dining table for 8 people and fantastic sea views. It is a great space to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, 4-zone induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and dishwasher.

Step onto the terrace and enjoy the amazing view of the glittering Mediterranean Sea. The front terrace has a lounge set, ideal for enjoying the sun.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms. Firstly, the spacious master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, two sinks, hairdryer and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Opposite the hallway are the other two bedrooms, both with a double bed. The third and separate bathroom has a walk-in shower, two sinks, hairdryer and toilet. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and direct access to the outdoor terrace.

The villa has a private 8x4 swimming pool where you can take a refreshing dip or simply lounge on the sunbeds. You even have the option to have the pool heated (see conditions below)!

By the pool there is a summer kitchen with fridge and barbecue, together with a dining area, so you can dine al fresco with your family and friends. An outdoor bathroom with shower and toilet provides added convenience, while a covered garage with washing machine and dryer ensures your laundry needs are met.

There is plenty of private parking and free WiFi throughout the house to stay connected.

Keep in mind that:
1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.
2: You have 400 kWh of electricity per week for free. Additional consumption is € 0.35 per kWh.
3: To prevent fire hazards, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
4: The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €20 per day and start on the day we switch on the pump.
