CASA ALANO is a luxurious Mediterranean-style villa on the border of CALPE and BENISSA and has been for rent since April 2025. It is a spacious (300 square meters of living space) holiday villa with stunning mountain views in a prime location near the coast. The assets of our villa are the central location near the coast, the luxurious finish, the large terrace around the pool, the various lounge areas inside & outside and the tropical garden.

A big plus to the house is the central location on the Altea-Calpe-Moraira-Javea axis and the proximity to 2 airports (Alicante & Valencia). At 1.5 km from the villa is the famous beach La Fustera and the large sandy beaches of Calpe are less than 2 km away. For sports enthusiasts, there is the padel/tennis club Club de Tenis Buenavista Benissa and the Club Nautico les Bassetes yacht club. In the yacht club of les Bassetes there is a sailing and diving school, water skiing, windsurfing, catamaran, kayak and kite surfing. The harbor Les Bassetes with the yacht club for water sports rental is one and a half kilometers from our villa.

Within a radius of 2 km there are several large beaches and idyllic small bays, a varied range of restaurants & bars and various department stores. Its location near the coastal road makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the region. Casa Alano is brand new (total renovation dating from the end of 2024), has a luxurious Ibiza-style finish with natural materials and great attention to style and comfort. All furniture inside and outside is brand new and dates from January-February 2025. The house is suitable for 8 people and 1 baby and has a beautiful private pool, lovely naya and a Mediterranean garden. Layout:

CASA ALANO is located on the southwest, so you can enjoy the sun all day long in winter and have the comfort of air conditioning and central heating. In the autumn it is wonderful to stay in the sunny naya and in the spring/summer you get an indoor-outdoor feeling when all the windows of the naya are set up. In this spacious naya there is a sitting area, a dining table and a grill. In addition, there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a beautiful view.

The house has a lot of light and a beautiful view of the mountains. In the Mediterranean garden of the villa there are palm trees, fruit trees, strelitzias, cacti and much more which gives an instant holiday feeling. Via the coastal road there are nice villages, beautiful hiking trails and a protected nature reserve (Passeig Ecologic de Benissa) with beautiful views over the sea. 

Want to explore even more of the Costa Blanca region? The bustling cities of Alicante (50 min drive) and Valencia (1h20 drive) are nearby. Extra services can be offered such as catering, boat rental etc.
