The house is all on one level, neat and fully furnished with cozy furniture and good box spring beds in all bedrooms. The living room is comfortably adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. The hallway through the house leads you to the three neat bedrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite air conditioning. The other two bedrooms are also air-conditioned and share a bathroom in the hallway. A spacious feeling inside and certainly also outside.

Due to the practical layout of the house, you can easily walk onto your terrace with your own private swimming pool. The view – with even a perceptible shimmer of the Mediterranean Sea – is wonderfully wide on the beautiful nature of Spain.

The sunny terrace invites you to indulge in vitamin D under the Spanish sun on the comfortable sun beds! And if it all gets too hot, the swimming pool offers the necessary cooling. Of course there are also some shady spots on the terrace to read a book or have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

And don't be afraid to get off your own enclosed grounds and explore the area. Busot is a cozy and modest Spanish village where you can go for daily shopping. A (mid) day at the beach is easy to achieve. After all, you are only a 10-minute drive away from the first beach of el Campello and Villajoyosa. Beautiful sandy beaches that are annually rewarded with a blue flag, which stands for a clean beach with clean seawater.

Near villa El Mundo, in the same street, are the two like-minded villas: villa Robas and Casa Wely. This offers you the possibility to book with multiple families, friends or other groups. Ideal if you are going on holiday with friends or family and you still want to maintain privacy.
