This fine holiday home on the Costa Blanca is located in a quiet residential area of the small authentic Spanish town of Benitachell. Villa Dadores is a spacious and comfortable villa with a private swimming pool and covered outdoor kitchen. The Dutch owners have decorated the villa with taste, a holiday home where you will immediately feel at home! From the house and from the terrace you have a beautiful view over the green valley and in the distance you can see a piece of the sea and the Peñon d'Ifach of Calpe.

The sandy beach of Moraira is a short 10-minute drive away. There is a very nice pebble beach on the other side of the Cumbre del Sol (4.7 km), this beach is located between immense rock formations and is a fantastic place for snorkeling. The seaside resort of Javea with its beautiful historic center and lively boulevard is about a 15-minute drive from the villa. This holiday home is very centrally located and has everything you need for a successful holiday on the Costa Blanca.

Inside Villa Dadores
The living room has a lovely sitting area, TV with Chromecast / NL TV (NLZiet) and fireplace. Adjacent is the open plan dining room with dining area and comfortable chair by the large window overlooking the garden and pool. The open kitchen, with bar is fully equipped such as a fridge with freezer, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There are 2 coffee machines, a filter and a Nespresso machine. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and double sink) and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200) and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (90x200)

From the dining room there is a staircase to the upper floor, here is bedroom 3 with 1-double bed (180x200) and bathroom with bath, shower and sink.

The whole house is air-conditioned and there are mosquito nets on the windows. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

The Great Outdoors of Villa Dadores
What a lovely garden with various seating areas, the private saltwater* swimming pool (8x4m - depth 0.7 to 1.9m) in Andalusian style and the fantastic (lockable) outdoor kitchen right next to the pool. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with dining area, sitting area, stove, sink, refrigerator, BBQ (coal) and music system. There is an unobstructed and wide view and in the evening the house, the outdoor kitchen and the garden areAtmospherically lit.
*A saltwater pool has a natural way of disinfecting. It does not taste or feel like seawater and has only a very mild salty taste. It feels softer than sea and chlorinated water. A saltwater pool is cleaned with special pool salt. This is added to a saltwater system which then converts it into chlorine. This is better for your health and the environment.

There are 6 sunbeds around the pool. Parking, there is 1 (private) covered parking space, there is also enough space for several cars on the quiet street.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent
bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.

Winter rental
Villa Dadores is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas) and fireplace. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
