The villa has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms spread over 2 floors, a large 10x5.5 swimming pool, a naya, outdoor kitchen, various terraces (both covered and sun terraces), on-site parking and lots of privacy. The top floor has a living room with air conditioning with an adjacent dining area, modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. The apartment on the ground floor (near the pool) has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom and a kitchenette with refrigerator. This typical Spanish villa was luxuriously renovated and modernized in 2022 - 2023.
