Cosy Casa la Luna is a cozy single-storey holiday home with communal swimming pool. You walk from your own terrace across the neighborhood street and voilá there is already the large swimming pool . And there is a separate and spacious children's pool for the little ones. Your own sunbeds (four are available) are ready for you and you can sit on the spacious pool terrace under the palm trees. Cosy Casa La Luna is built on the side of a beautiful mountain, the Cumbre del Sol, and with the façade facing the picture-perfect valley with the picturesque village of Benitachell as the central eye-catcher. There are no less than three fantastic sand and pebble beaches just a 10-15 minute drive away. It is therefore recommended that you bring snorkeling equipment.

The large supermarket, the Mas y Mas, is located right at the bottom of "your mountain" and here you will find everything you need.

The layout of Cosy Casa la Luna
It is a semi-detached holiday corner house on the ground floor. There is a cozy comfortable living room with sitting area (also sofa bed for max. 1 person) and LCD TV (satellite with Dutch channels, among other things). Via a few steps you reach the spacious open kitchen with dining area, combi microwave, electric hobs, fridge with freezer, Senseo coffee maker and dishwasher. From the main entrance you enter the terrace with dining table with parasol and lounge set (photos follow) and a passage to the rest of the garden with a second terrace.

There are two bedrooms, both with two single beds (can be placed against each other). 1 bedroom with two beds of 80cm and 1 bedroom with two beds of 90cm. There is a bathroom with shower, sink, hair dryer and toilet. Wifi, safe and washing machine available.

Cosy Casa la Luna is located in a quiet residential area with only local traffic and in the typical Spanish village of Benitachell. With a spacious, communal swimming pool (4.5 m x 10 m) with children's pool almost next door, you have everything you need for a successful holiday. The nearest beaches are Cala Moraig in Benitachell, Playa Arenal in Jávea and Playa l'Ampolla in Moraira.

The area is great for golfing, diving, catamaran sailing and shopping. For the children you can visit the hustle and bustle of one of the (water) amusement parks near Benidorm (approx. 20 min.). And then return to your holiday home in peace for a nice sultry barbecue evening. Although there is a lot to do in the Benitachell area, the small-scale character of this part of the Costa Blanca is preserved. In Benitachell, Javea and Moraira there are no high-rise buildings and you will find authenticity with both beautiful lounge terraces and nice tapas restaurants.
