Cozy Casa la Luna is a cozy ground-floor holiday home with a shared swimming pool. You walk from your own terrace across the neighborhood street and voilá there is the large swimming pool . And there is a separate and spacious children's pool for the little ones. Your own sunbeds (four are available) are ready for you and you can place them on the spacious pool terrace under the palms . Cozy Casa La Luna is built against the side of a beautiful mountain, the Cumbre del Sol, and with the facade oriented towards the beautiful valley with the picturesque village of Benitachell as the central eye-catcher. There are no fewer than three fantastic sandy and pebble beaches just a 10-15 minute drive away. It is therefore recommended to take snorkeling equipment with you.

The large supermarket , the Mas y Mas, is located right at the bottom of “your mountain” and here you will find everything you need.

The layout of Cozy Casa la Luna
It is a semi-detached holiday corner house on the ground floor. There is a cozy comfortable living room with sitting area (also sofa bed for max. 1 person) and LCD TV (satellite with Dutch channels). Via a few steps you reach the spacious open kitchen with dining area, combination microwave, electric hobs, refrigerator with freezer, Senseo and filter coffee maker and dishwasher . From the main entrance you enter the terrace with dining table with parasol and lounge set (photos to follow) and a passage to the rest of the garden with a second terrace.

There are two bedrooms , both with two single beds (can be placed next to each other). 1 bedroom with two 80cm beds and 1 bedroom with two 90cm beds. There is a bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet. Wifi, safe and washing machine available.

Cozy Casa la Luna is located in a quiet residential area with only local traffic and in the typical Spanish village of Benitachell. With a spacious communal swimming pool (4.5 mx 10 m) with children's pool almost next door, you have everything you need for a successful holiday. The nearest beaches are Cala Moraig in Benitachell, Playa Arenal in Jávea and Playa l'Ampolla in Moraira .

The area is great for golfing, diving, catamaran sailing and shopping. For the children, you can visit the hustle and bustle of one of the (water) amusement parks near Benidorm (approx. 20 minutes). Then you can return to your holiday home in peace and quiet for a nice, sultry barbecue evening . Although there is much to do in the area of Benitachell, the small-scale character of this part of the Costa Blanca is retained. There are no high-rise buildings in Benitachell, Javea and Moraira and you will find authenticity with both beautiful lounge terraces and nice tapas restaurants .

Practical
– The house is in principle suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A 5th
person on request is possible, but depending on the composition

Deposit: €100 to be paid in advance and returned within one week in case of no damage.
