The house is at the end of a dead end road, so there is no traffic. The plot is ^1000m2 with a beautiful private garden and a lovely private swimming pool.
Due to the well-spaced neighboring houses with large beautiful gardens, there is complete privacy, so no view into the pool by passers-by or neighbors.

The house has 2 floors with on the ground floor a living-dining room, sitting room, separate toilet, spacious kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom and on the first floor 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a room with bunk beds.

Villa TY Breiz is fully equipped for an occupancy of 6-8 people (max. 6 adults) and has all the comforts including dishwasher, air conditioning, internet TV with Dutch channels, Netflix option and stable and

EXTRA COST :

A deposit of €400 is required for each booking

For an occupancy of more than 6 people, a surcharge of €50 per week applies
for the 7th and 8th person.

Electricity costs are charged according to consumption.
There are large differences in consumption between spring/autumn and summer
mainly caused by the use of air conditioning and electric cars

The rent for bed and bath linen is €20 per person.

The final cleaning costs are €150

Winter rental is possible in the period November-March.
The minimum period of stay is then 2 months.

15 km inland lies the town of Parcent, with pure Spanish character. The way there gives a nice impression of the hinterland of the Costa Blanca. Here you can also make beautiful walks.

7 km away is the former fishing village of Moraira, with beautiful marina and a beautiful sandy beach. Moraira is now a fashionable seaside resort with nice shops and many cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended. On Friday morning there is a market in Moraira.

10 km inland, the Spanish town of Benissa, here you will find few tourists yet diverse cultural attractions. This place has its original character preserved.

3 km from the house is the lively resort of Calpe. Besides the beautiful sandy beach you will find shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Originally Calpe was a fishing village. Calpe old has managed to retain the atmosphere of the time and is certainly worth a visit
