Villa Ty Breiz is a quietly located secluded location. villa with stunning sea views, a private pool and a short walk from a lovely bay with the sandy beach La Fustera, a supermarket and a number of restaurants. Due to its location at the end of a dead end road, there is no traffic passing by and through the spacious plot (1000 m2) you can enjoy maximum privacy.
There is a beautifully landscaped garden and a garage. In the separate shed you will find the washing machine and various beach/pool equipment.
The house is fully equipped and has a reliable internet connection/WIFI. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer and an oven. In the living room you will find a TV with Dutch channels, a bookcase, the necessary tourist information and various games.
The house has two floors, with on the ground floor the kitchen, the dining room, the sitting room and a bedroom with bathroom en suite with double sink, toilet, shower and bath. This bedroom is adjacent to the swimming pool. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. On the first floor are two more spacious bedrooms, a room with bunk beds and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
