Our beautiful villa is located a 4-minute drive from the sea in the quiet district of la Vina – Montemar – San Jaime. In a quiet street with plenty of sea views you will find our villa with lots of privacy in and around the house. From the veranda you have fantastic views over the valley and partial sea views. In 2022, the house was completely renovated and fully equipped, so the house has air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room that both heats and cools. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on 1 floor. Ideal for the whole family or even for 2 families. From the veranda, which can be reached from both the kitchen and the living room, you go via a beautiful staircase to the large garden with the swimming pool, the outdoor kitchen with BBQ under the newly built pergola, the outdoor shower, outdoor toilet and surrounding garden. Due to the sunny position, you have sun all day by the pool, but there is also shade in the various gardens.
